Delaware Obamacare: $1 million per enrollee -- By Paul Bedard, The Washington Examiner

After weeks of website failures, Americans are finally having some success enrolling in Obamacare and one state is revealing its numbers.

In Delaware, state officials told the Associated Press that they have enrolled four people, completed applications for 31 and created accounts for another 218 potential users.

A slow start for sure, but also a very expensive one, according to Americans for Tax Reform, a Washington-based Obamacare critic. They note that the state spent $4 million in federal grant money on four community groups to handle the applications.

That simple early math, according to ATR: $1 million per enrollee.
