Obama Breaks Tradition and Politicizes Olympics With Gay US Delegation -- By Jim Hoft, The Gateway Pundit

US figure skater Brian Boitano shocked the skating world when he came out as gay this week.

Not really. It was pretty obvious.

The Olympic games are renowned as a global event that transcend politics.

But not for Barack Obama.

Barack Obama announced this week the US will send a gay delegation to the Sochi Winter Olympics in Russia – including athletes Billy Jean King (tennis – a summer sport), Caitlin Cahow (hockey) and Brian Boitano (figure skating).

He’s so evolved.

ESPN reported:
President Barack Obama sent Russia a clear message about its treatment of gays and lesbians with who he is — and isn’t — sending to represent the United States at the Sochi Olympics.
Billie Jean King will be one of two openly gay athletes in the U.S. delegation for the opening and closing ceremonies, Obama announced Tuesday. For the first time since 2000, however, the U.S. will not send a president, former president, first lady or vice president to the Games.
